1. Senior Operation Engineer “MEP”
Overall Purpose of the Role: Follow Up, Implementation And management of the Company’s activities and operations department (Project) day by day.
General and Task Management:
• Communicate to make decisions related to operational activities and set strategic objectives
• Planning and monitoring workflow on a daily basis to ensure smooth and unhindered work.
• Supervise staff working under Operations Department and provide constructive feedback.
• Regularly assess the efficiency of work procedures in accordance with organizational goals and make suggestions for improvements
• Managing procurement and supply operations and coordinating the allocation of financial and logistical resources.
• Reviewing, formulating, improving and implementing policies
• Evaluate overall performance by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics
• Directly supervising ensuring the availability of logistical support for projects.
• Supervision and follow-up of the availability of all supplies for projects to ensure the progress of work
• Evaluation of the mechanisms used in the implementation of projects and bids.
• Follow up and supervise the implementation of all the company's projects.
• Organizing limited resources for more productive uses in order to achieve maximum benefit for the company
• Ensure the commitment and progress of work in projects within the estimated budget allocated to them.
• Ensure that all daily operations and tasks are carried out in an appropriate, effective and high quality manner, and solve daily problems, if any.
• Ensuring that the implementation of the work matches the plans set and the scheduled time periods for each project.
• Supervising the efficiency of warehouses for project materials
• Distributing tasks to the work team for each project in proportion to their expertise and responsibilities, and clarifying them in order to avoid confusion or making any mistake.
• . Effectively monitor the system and verify its effectiveness in achieving objectives
• Managing expectations and predicting risks and working on developing alternative plans to avoid or solve them when needed without suffering catastrophic results
• Execute all tasks assigned to him by the direct supervisor regarding the nature of the work.
• Full and absolute commitment to the company's environmental policy, occupational health and safety laws, and quality of work, taking into account not sitting for long periods on the seat, using a protective computer screen, and throwing paper waste in the designated places.
• Contribute to the preparation of performance measures for projects within the scope of specialization.
• Full and complete commitment to the implementation of all instructions and tasks assigned to him by the management of the company. Skills and Attributes: ▪ strong logistical and machinery management skills.

• Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical, with 7 Years Experience in Industrial and infrastructure projects .
• Good IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills
• Able to show evidence of adding value and cost optimization
